My favorite book from childhood. It might have been because I had a dachshund named Willie too, but i think it was how magical Ezra Keats made NYC look. I can blame him for my early obsession with moving to New York. It’s also how my mom taught me the concept of sharing–you can’t check it out at the library over and over because then other kids can’t enjoy it.
